Terms and Conditions - Bharat Irrigation 2.0
Welcome to the "Bharat Irrigation 2.0" software provided by Elinje Technosoft Pvt Ltd. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with any payments:
1. Software Usage:
- a. The "Bharat Irrigation 2.0" software is free to install and use.
- b. However, certain features require payment.
- c. Creating subsidy files is free, but printing subsidy files under a dealer requires either one-time registration, AMC Renewal or file recharge.
- d. The "Bharat Irrigation 2.0" is Single-User but Multi-Dealer software. One can maintain irrigation subsidy files of Maha-DBT and Pokra for more than one dealer in single copy of software.
2. One Time Registration:
- a. Registering as a dealer, known as "One Time Registration," provides access to all features of software including printing subsidy files, upto one year from date of registration. After one year AMC is required.
- b. One Time Registration options include "MahaDBT," "Pokra," and Combo.
3. AMC Renewal:
- a. For dealer under "One Time Registration", to get regular facilities like printing of subsidy files and additional facilities like quotations, purchase entries, and retail sale entries, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) fee is required separately for "MahaDBT" and "Pokra" each year.
4. File Recharge:
- a. Recharging files allows users to create subsidy files within the specified limit based on the recharge option selected by the dealer.
- b. File recharge does not require an AMC . However, printing of created subsidy files requires file recharge.
- c. If file recharge is made and there are still files to be created, then only additional facilities like quotations, purchase entries, and retail sale entries can be done.
- d. Once payment made for file recharge on one computer is not transferable to another computer.
- e. Copying the dealer's data (dealer with "File recharge" option) to another computer or location will be treated as invalid datacopy and will not operate on the other computer or location.
5. Payments Terms:
- a. All prices mentioned are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- b. After each payment, a proper GST bill will be automatically provided on WhatsApp for each dealer in the software.
- c. Payment for dealer registration, AMC, or file recharge can be done using the online payment method through the payment gateway.
- d. No refunds will be issued to dealers or users for any reason, including non-usage of the software, software malfunction, failure to take advantage of the software, rejection of subsidy files by government authorities, lack of proper service by Elinje Technosoft, data loss, or business loss.
- e. Once payment is made for dealer, dealer information like GST No., Mobile No., etc get locked and cannot be changed. Because these information will be printed on pages of subsidy file project, like "Bill", etc.
6. Dealer Privileges:
- a. If a one-time registered dealer fails to pay for their expired AMC, they will not have access to the facilities like quotations, purchase entries, and retail sale entries.
- b. Printing subsidy files is only available to dealers who are either -
- (1) registered under "One Time Registration" and whose subsidy file date is prior to the date of renewal of AMC. or
- (2)have done "File Recharge" for that file.
7. Additional Services:
- a. We provide data backup facilities and online data backup for your convenience, free of charge.
- b. Software updates are also available or free, and users can click on the update button to get latest updates of "Bharat Irrigation 2.0" software any time and from any where from our server.
- c. Stock Reports, Prastav Reports are provided for free.
8. Support and Assistance:
- a. We have a dedicated support team, and each software is assigned a help number.
- b. Our team members are available on working days, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, to assist you.
- c. In the event of any errors, we will make our best efforts to resolve the issue. However, we are not obligated to guarantee a resolution. Because we have no direct control on some problems like: pdf or excel file not opening, data not showing in Marathi, subsidy files or reports did not match with government format, etc.
9. General Terms:
- a. The "Bharat Irrigation 2.0" software is a general software and is not customized. Therefore, no changes will be made as per instructions provided by dealers or users of the software.
- b. We only make changes to the software when government regulations (GR) related to Irrigation subsidy projects are updated.
- c. Any changes made will be made available on our server, and users need to click on the update option to access and install the updates.
Refund Policy
We show demo of software to our client via connecting pc remotely. we install demo copy of our software on client's pc. Client use it using dummy registration. Then decided to buy our subscription. That means we assume that client know the use of software before buying.
But we also understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and you may need to request a refund. Here is our refund policy:
Once a registration is made and payment transaction is completed and you really don't need our software, please write email within 24 hours after registration to elinjetechnosoft@gmail.com with your bank account details, other-wise payment will not be refunded for any reason.
